Notice on Strengthening Safety Operations and Saving Electricity in Summer

Each department (center):

Since the beginning of summer, the temperature has gradually increased. To ensure a safe summer, various departments need to strengthen summer safety operations and save electricity. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Safe use of electricity. Each department (center) must strictly abide by the electricity usage regulations and shall not use or connect high-power and overloaded electricity facilities without authorization.

2、 Save electricity. Each department (center) should pay attention to saving electricity in daily work, turn off unnecessary lights and electrical equipment, safely and reasonably use high-power equipment such as air conditioning, and avoid wasting electricity.

3、 Reasonable use of electricity. Each department (center) should close doors and windows when using air conditioning, and turn off the air conditioning when leaving the work area for more than half an hour; Lighting should be turned off in areas such as corridors, passages, bathrooms, and boiling water rooms when there is good daylight during the day.

4、 Each department (center) should establish a safety operation and energy-saving responsibility system, clarify safety production and energy-saving goals and responsible persons, and strengthen safety operation and energy-saving management and supervision.
