In order to implement the requirements of the quality management system, improve the quality awareness of all staff, and promote the standardized operation of the Superconducting Center, on the afternoon of April 7th, the Superconducting Center specially invited Senior Quality Management Engineer Mr. Zheng Houlun and Quality Supervisor of ITER Calibration Field Coil Procurement Package Project Mr. Shi Aofeng to provide quality management system training for all employees. Vice Minister Zhang Shuangshuang presided over this training.
At the beginning of the training, Minister Han Xiaofeng expressed great gratitude to two quality management experts for providing quality management training for all employees at the Superconducting Center. The Superconducting Center is based on core technological innovation and breakthroughs, with the main goal of transforming scientific and technological achievements, and the mission of promoting high-quality development of the superconducting industry. Adhering to the concept of "seeking development through innovation and surpassing through quality", various work has been rapidly spread since its establishment. In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of products and services, the center urgently needs to standardize quality management, improve the quality management awareness and professional literacy of all staff.
In this training, Professor Zheng Houlun emphasized the importance of establishing a quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system, and provided a comprehensive explanation from a management perspective based on the actual situation of the superconducting center. Teacher Shi Aofeng started from on-site quality management and combined it with practical case analysis to provide all employees with a deeper understanding of quality management.
The annual series of training at the Superconducting Center aims to provide a platform for continuous learning for all employees, enhance team professionalism and cohesion, and will be carried out in a planned and organized manner.
