4、 Service requirements

1. Having a business premises and corresponding capabilities to engage in procurement bidding agency business;

2. Familiar with procurement related policies and regulations, able to provide legal and regulatory advice on procurement and bidding, review the qualifications, qualifications, and submission documents of bidders, and be responsible for the legality and compliance of procurement documents, procurement procedures, and bid (transaction) results; Having professional expertise in preparing procurement documents and organizing bid evaluations; Can provide consulting services during the project process (including organizing expert argumentation and other methods), and can provide relevant technical consulting services for our center's procurement; Assist in handling procurement processes, questioning and complaints during the bidding (transaction) publicity period, organizing experts to review the questioning content, and issuing corresponding reports;
