Hefei International Applied Superconductor Center New Employee Meeting and First System Promotion and Implementation Meeting Held

On the afternoon of June 29th, the New Employee Meeting and First System Promotion Meeting of Hefei International Applied Superconductor Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) were successfully held in the central conference room. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Shuangshuang, Deputy Minister of the Comprehensive Management Department, and new employees from the Comprehensive Management Department and various research centers attended the meeting. At the meeting, Zhang Shuangshuang introduced the establishment background and organizational structure of the center to the new employees, and the new employees introduced themselves separately.

Subsequently, the Comprehensive Management Department conducted detailed and in-depth promotion and implementation of multiple systems such as central procurement, contracts, fund payment, travel expense management, and stamp management. The on-site interaction was conducted in the form of "Q&A", and the attendees engaged in enthusiastic discussions and exchanges. They all expressed that they have benefited greatly and gained a lot.

At the end of the meeting, Zhang Shuangshuang summarized that the system of the center requires every employee to implement and execute it with little action, maintain the standardized and institutionalized operation of the center with a sense of ownership, and jointly create a better future for the superconducting center.
